AI Summary helps you understand long emails and email threads faster by generating clear and concise summaries. Instead of reading every message, you can quickly view the key points, understand the context of the conversation, and identify any important next steps.

Generate an AI Summary

You can generate an AI-powered summary directly from your mailbox while viewing an email or conversation.

Here's how you can access the feature:

Open an email or email thread.
Click the AI Summary button.

The summary appears instantly, ready for you to review.

Review AI Summary contents

AI Summary helps you review lengthy email conversations by providing a concise overview of the discussion.

After generating a summary, you can review details such as:

The main topic being discussed
Important points from the conversation
Key updates, decisions, or action items

This allows you to quickly understand the context of the conversation without reading every message in the thread.

Copy your summary and provide feedback

Once you've reviewed the generated summary, you can copy it for future use or provide feedback on its quality.

Hover over the summary card.
Select the Copy icon.

This makes it easy to share important information or save notes for future reference.

Provide feedback

Select Like if the summary was helpful.
Select Unlike if the summary didn’t meet your expectations.

If you select Unlike, you can add more details about your experience. Your feedback helps improve the quality of future summaries.

Privacy and data protection

Your privacy remains a priority when using AI Summary:

The feature only analyses emails within your mailbox.
Email content is never shared with other users.
Generated summaries are securely processed and visible only to you.

Availability and usage limits

Availability depends on your Titan Email plan.

Professional and Business plans

You receive four AI Summary credits in total (3 + 1), granted as a one-time allocation
Unused credits don’t refresh daily, monthly, or at billing renewal
Each generated summary uses one credit
Once all credits are used, the feature becomes unavailable unless you upgrade your plan

Enterprise plans

AI Summary usage is unlimited, with no credit restrictions
Generate as many summaries as you need
