How To Export Data in Outlook 2019

With the release of the latest version of Outlook - the Outlook 2019 offers the same features from the older version of Outlook like Exporting Data. Exporting Data in Outlook 2019 has the same functionality in creating a data file of your Email, Calendars, Contacts, and Tasks in a .pst file format. In this article, you will learn how to Export Data in Outlook 2019.

 

How To Export Data in Outlook 2019

  1. Open Outlook 2019 application on your desktop, then click File tab.

  2. Click Open & Export from the side menu pane, then Import/Export option.

  3. Choose the Export to a file option from the Wizard window, then click Next.

  4. Choose Outlook Data File .pst for the file type and click the Next button.

  5. Select the folder to export then click Next.

  6. Enter the file name and save the file to local destination in your computer, then click the Finish button.

The next thing you need to do now is to either save the data file in an external data for future use or you can start importing the data file in Outlook 2019.
