How To Access Your cPanel

Select your hosting product below for the specific instructions:
Email Hosting
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- On your Dashboard, locate your domain name and click the Email Hosting tab within the box.
- On the Email Hosting page, click the CONTROL PANEL button.
Linux Hosting
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- On the Dashboard, locate your domain name and click the Web Hosting tab within the box.
- On the Web Hosting page, click the CONTROL PANEL button.
Website Builder, eCommerce Builder or Business Hosting
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- On the Dashboard, locate your domain name and click the Website Builder tab or Business Hosting tab, whichever cPanel you want to access, within the box.
- On the Website Builder or Business Hosting page, click the plus [+] icon and select Control Panel. This will open the cPanel.
WordPress Hosting or WooCommerce Online Store
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- On the Dashboard, click WordPress Hosting or WooCommerce Online Store.
- Under WordPress Sites or WooCommerce Sites, click Manage on the domain connected to the cPanel you want to access.
- Click LOGIN INTO CPANEL under the Live Site tab.
- Click PROCEED TO CPANEL to confirm action.
IMPORTANT: The system should not ask for your hosting manager login details. However, if it prompts you with a username and password, just use your plesk or cPanel login details.
