How to Access Account Manager with Two-Step Verification

Despite being dynamic, the internet is not foolproof. In fact, users are encouraged to secure their online assets in every way possible. To meet such need, Crazy Domains enhanced its security system through the Two-Step Verification System.

Typically, you can log in with your username and password only – the first step for verification. With the Two-Step Verification System, you can strengthen security with a second verification step – that is mobile phone verification. After the login credentials, you can only proceed to your account once you enter a validation code. This way, protection of online assets and personal information are doubled.

To simplify, here’s a step-by-step instruction on how to log in with the Two-Step Verification System:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Select Account Manager from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. On the box provided, enter the validation code you received on your registered phone number.

    Important Note: Tick the box provided for Trust this computer if you wish to disable the system from asking a validation code on the same device and browser. This is valid for two weeks.

  6. Click Submit.

Congratulations! You've successfully accessed your account with the Two-Step Verification System.

Problems Receiving Validation Code

You have one minute to enter the validation code. If you fail to do so, an I did not receive any SMS or I did not receive any call link will appear on the popup box. You can click on the link to choose an alternative phone number linked to the account or use a different verification method. Repeat the same process until you have successfully logged in to your account.

Important Note: You can only request 3 validation codes in 3 minutes. If you exceed this limit, the next request will be blocked for the next 3 minutes. Until then, you have to wait before you can try again.
