How to Renew Sitebeat

If you've received a Renewal Notice, this means that your Sitebeat Website Builder plan is now on Renewal Due status. You can access your Account to process your Renewal using the steps below:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your username and password then, click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click Renew from the left-side menu.
  6. Tick the box corresponding to the Sitebeat plans that you wish to Renew.
  7. Click the Renew button at the top.
  8. You will be redirected to the page where you can pay for and activate your Renewal.

We strongly suggest Renewing for the longest term or setting up Auto Renewal to ensure that your Products/Services do not expire.

Renewing Sitebeat on Active Status

If you wish to Renew a Sitebeat plan that is still on Active status, you can do so using the following steps:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your username and password then, click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click on the Sitebeat plan that you wish to manage.
    If you only have one Sitebeat plan, you will automatically be redirected to its management page.
  6. Click on the + Icon at the top-right section of the page and click Renew.
  7. Click on the default period, i.e. 1 year, and select the number of years you wish to renew, then click Pay Securely.
  8. You will be redirected to the page where you can pay for and activate your Renewal.

Congratulations! You just Renewed your Sitebeat plan.
